This kit provides all you need to print your own Grainger labels in house that will meet the Grainger requirements. This kit inludes the latest desktop Zebra thermal transfer printer model GK42-102510-000 as well as a 6 foot USB cable to plug into your computer. Other supplies provided in this kit include a case of Zebra Branded 3"x 1" thermal transfer labels part number 10009528 which is the Z-Select 4000T Labels (3.00 Inch x 1.00 Inch, Desktop, Perf., 2,580 Labels/Roll, 6 Rolls/Case). The ribbon is also included as part number 5319GS08407 Zebra 5319 Performance Wax Ribbon (3.30 Inches x 244 Feet, Single Roll, GK/GX Printers and 2844, 3844 models). This printer kit comes with basic software which will allow you to build each Grainger barcode label using their required 3 of 9 symbology or 128a symbology in the barcode. Each label can be saved as a separate Grainger part number so you can recall it and print each time you get a Grainger order. You can also print in batches and stock the pre-printed Grainger labels so you are always prepaired for the next order. Make sure you make your template for the label, then print a pdf, or jpg, then send it to Grainger for approval before you print a bunch and place them on your items. Grainger must approve all labels before you start sending product. Once your template is approved, you are ready to go.
