The more labels you print at one time, the greater the chance that long streams of printed labels will spew out onto the floor into a tangled pile.  If you are using high-speed printing, the disaster will happen too quickly for you to intervene manually. Rewinder for Labels

At the very least, someone will have to manually collect, sort, and organize the labels.  If they are dropped or knocked over, they will have to be sorted and organized again.

Label Rewinder

This mess could result in labels that are folded or creased and therefore unable to be used.  At this point, someone has to manually discover which labels are usable and which aren’t, then reprint the ruined labels and hope the process doesn’t damage them again.  Think of all the costs involved in this scenario in terms of lost productivity, manual labor, supplies, time spent on re-work.  And all of it is unnecessary.Label Rewinder

When you were only printing a few labels at a time, your current process made sense.  But once you print over 30-50 labels in a run, it pays to have a label rewinder.

Rewinders neatly wind labels back onto a roll as they come off of the printer.  There’s no tangled mess on the floor, no damaged labels, and they can be sorted as desired onto the roll so no manual organization is required.  In most cases, the printing does not have to be monitored, saving that cost as well.

When you think of all the labels that you are printing now — product labels, shipping labels, inventory labels and more — doesn’t it make sense to automate the sorting and collection of the labels?
